Very busy for a Monday afternoon.... But hard work to get a drink... Waitresses not always about..and in restaurant
A beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Staff are friendly and the room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast options were great and overall deco of the hotel is beautiful. Spa was great.The lounge is also very nice
I stayed at the hotel for two nights and overall my experience was positive. The room was clean and spacious, the reception staff was welcoming, and the location was great, close to all the major attractions. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a variety of options to choose from.
That's a shame because I would have had come back with my friends but after that I was so upset that I promise myself not to go anymore

Small, not particularly welcoming and very quiet when I was there. Poor drinks offerings and food is restaurant only which is awkward if you want to play games.

Movie had started so found seats in the dark and watched. Within an hour the movie was over!! We checked our tickets and had been put onto the 17.30 showing. Management were very accommodating and refunded our tickets and the part of the film we saw was very good. Looking forward to watching in full sometime ????
This is the first time I've stayed in a Hyatt in the UK and was impressed that they kept their great high global standard at the Birmingham hotel. I arrived about 10pm and Arthur was was great at the check in desk informing me about all the hotel facilities, where breakfast is served , the bar ,etc . He was smiling and made me feel very welcome. I had booked a Club room with a King bed . The bed Birmingham slots was comfortable and the bathroom had a bath which I love .
I have pelo complaints. Everything was beautiful clean. I would go back again we were there his Mother and I for my Grandson. He was having a Basketball Tournament and yes, I would go back there again.
